I've just tried using a treadmill over the past couple of weeks (never had access to one before, or so I thought) and I really enjoy it. It's going to be great for when winter comes, and I want to continue my walking.

I love to go for a run, but I need to get my better half out for a walk. He has high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and no motivation. We walk half to one hour each morning, then I try to run for half an hour in the afternoon.

A lively musical workout called Chicken Fat Chair Exercises...I use a wheelchair so look for chair aerobics that are both challenging and lively! This one fits the bill!

emoticon I like to lift my dumbbell emoticon i like to walk because we have to do it to get around anyway emoticon emoticon but i love to go to the gym i get the best workout their most time i leave sore and i feel like i got my workout for the day only when it is affordable$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I enjoy working out at home first thing in the mornings. I love working out on the Wii, because I can get a varied workout and not get bored. My two favorites so far are EA Sports Active More Workouts, and Gold's Gym Cardio (boxing). emoticon

In 30 minutes you can do 10 miles if you really push it, and even if you just do a more comfortable pace you can get 8 or 9 miles in easy.
