Bread, pasta...basically the good stuff to put cheese on!

.....which means maybe I have a cheese issue too??? :)

If I give in to one bite of cracker or sweet to stave of my next meal, then I get hungrier sooner than expected. So now instead of that bite, I start cooking my next meal instead and skip the snack.

....for me, it's most carbs, whether it be salty or sweet....I am able of eating in proportion, but these foods can start a chain reaction in my nutrition plan...what's yours???? emoticon
