Arctic Zero -- It's actually considered a "frozen protein shake," and unfortunately it is rather hard to find--only carried by a few small local health-food shops in my area; all 30 mins away.

It comes in pints and is only 150 calories for the WHOLE pint! That's 37 calories for a half-cup (normal ice cream serving). I could eat an entire pint of it if I wanted and easily stay on track! It's high in protein and fiber and everything in it is totally natural, too.

It comes in maple vanilla (my favorite), mint chocolate (2nd favorite!), chocolate, strawberry, peanut butter chocolate (which tastes nearly the same as the regular choc.), pumpkin spice, and cookies & cream (haven't gotten to try the last two yet. It is rock hard straight out of the freezer and you have to let it thaw a bit before attempting to scoop any out of the container. It's not exactly ice cream, but it tastes good and totally fulfills that craving for me--with an insanely low calorie count.

I really just wish it were easier to get. You can order it on Amazon, but it's more expensive that way and I worry about shipping frozen things like that. I just make a couple of sojourns per year to the nearest place that carries it and stock up with 6-8 pints at a time (bring a cooler along).

Snickers Ice Cream Bar
It's not the best decision in the world, but it's so delicious and I eat it very rarely
Maybe only once every couple months because it's only sold in the gas station in my town and I usually pay for my gas at the pump instead of going inside.

I love a rich, chocolate ice cream but when staying on track, you can't beat a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich! Built-in portion control and YUMMY!

I love Yeo Valley Organic strawberry frozen yogurt. It's so creamy and fruity with just 85 calories for 100g. Tastes fabulous with warm banana and berries.

PINKBERRY!! It's kind of an obsession with me. And I just love that I can add all that fresh fruit, too.

Not so healthy is definitely the Snickers Ice Cream candy bar you find in corner stores. But the better decision that I still love is the Skinny Cow cookies & cream ice cream sandwich!

My absolute favorite is Maggie Moo's ChocoMallo ice cream with brownies mixed it. SO GOOD, but I make sure not to get it too much, and to budget in the calories. emoticon

I think it's called WW Candy Bar ice cream. It is a vanilla ice cream bar with carmel on the top then coated in chocolate with peanuts on top. UMMMMMM

I recently found Blue Bunny's No Sugar Added Mint Chocolate Chip. My favorite all time ice cream flavor in a low sugar / carb option that tastes like I remember it. I may never go back to anything else.

I love the Edy's Pumpkin too! It does taste like pumpkin pie; the best part of it! I never cared for the crust. I also like Edy's Take the Cake.

I like making homemade individual sponge cakes (whipping the egg whites by hand is a serious workout!) with some fresh fruit and a little chocolate ice cream. Sorbet's also a fun substitute.

I actually made up my own frozen treat and it is only 70 calories for one. I take fat free cool whip and a yoplait fat free yogurt (any flavor) mix them together and put them on a reduced fat graham cracker and it's like my own ice cream sandwich with a lot less fat and calories

I am vegan and allergic to dairy, but on special occasions I will sneek in a serving of Edy's/Dreyer's Slow Churned Ice cream or sherbet (My alergies are some-what quelled if I water down the ice cream a bit with Silk Soymilk. Go figure).

I've been freezing Weight Watchers' yogurts all summer instead of icecream. I defrost them slightly and they are delicious; creamy with a frozen center, and o0nly 2 WW points plus.

Occasionally, I'll get one of those huge waffle ice-cream cones from Baskin Robbins!

My rare treat! bcoz 1) it's so expensive and 2) it's high calorie/fat.

What flavor? Depends on my mood really.

Just discovered Skinny Cow ice cream bars and they are really good. Like the ice cream sandwiches and at 140 calories and 1.5 grams of fat - not a bad treat!
