I had to fight my brain all day as it just did not want to get moving and get to the gym. Yesterday was such a long day. Drove nearly 400 miles for work, getting up at 03:30, then taught an all day class. I truely enjoy my job. It's a work out all by itself.
Today I had a bit of jet lag so to speak and had no energy to get moving. All day long my brain kept saying, no, don't go! At 21:30 I decided I just couldn't skip and went. Did HIIT on the treadmill for an hour! I'm bushed..but it's a good tired. Oh, and I lost an inch off my hips in the last week :)
