I never would have believed I'd ever be the type of person to love going to the gym or take an exercise class. So awesome!

I understand. I didn't used to do much, either, but now if I even take one day off from working out it makes me anxious! Crazy how things change.

I have a goal of losing about 7 more pounds before a trip later next month and I'm not working for the summer so thought I'd ramp up my exercise. So this week, I got in 415 minutes and burned 3759 calories. Feeling good about that, but am definitely going to take tomorrow off. 18.5 months ago I did NOTHING as far as exercise goes, so I've come a long way. Just excited about how far I've come and wanted to share. :-)
