I've been taking a break from the scale, but still tracking and exercising religiously, so I've been wondering why it seems like my weight's been creeping up. I bought a heart rate monitor that calculates cals burned, and it turns out that the SP estimates for the cardio workouts I do were waaayyyy off. This may not be the case for everyone, but it definitely was for me!

I'm glad I figured that out now, instead of 10 lbs from now! :)
