I was also surprised to find that feet lose weight! I had bought a pair of cute slip on shoes when I was at my heaviest that were super tight, I forgot to return them and rediscovered them 20 pounds later and they fit perfectly!
Not really "weird", but I thought it was really cool how much better my posture got as I added more strength training to my life. Everything just seems to align better, and whether sitting or standing I just own it.

The skin on my face!! I have very large pores. While I've never had particularly bad skin, my pores were always more noticeable than the average bear. The better I eat, the less I notice the pores.
I wonder if pores lose weight too????? Isn't that hysterical???
I KNOW that feet lose weight as I went down in size when I was younger and lost weight.

My nails have always been a mess. I would love to see a difference. My hair has shown great improvement and is growing like crazy after years of (I swear) no growth.
Other than that, my body seems to rebel change. Whenever I try t eat totally healthy, I get sick. Colds, sore throats, upset stomach.
Energy is a definite plus when cutting out processed foods.

I can always tell when I've been eating right because I'm filing my nails down while I'm waiting to get my hair cut
my moods are more stable - I tend to be generally happy when I'm eating right & getting regular exercise

One day, I noticed I had really nice nails. I won't say I had bad nails per se. Just one day, after several months of engaging in a healthy lifestyle, I noticed my nails looked really good. they still do.
I don't consider it weird. I consider it a byproduct of a healthy lifestyle.

Earlier this year, I refocused on eating healthier and exercising and its been showing results. All the usual signs are there: more energy, better sleep, getting stronger/fitter, getting sick less, etc. But here's a new one: my hair is more manageable!
I got a haircut about a month ago and as the stylist was blowing it out, she remarked that it was a lot more well behaved than previous times (my hair tends to have its own mind). Well the only thing that has changed between hair cuts is my diet.
