There is not an exact amount--it depends on fiber and fat as well. It is anywhere from 50 to like 80 cals, depending on the other two factors mentioned.

Just wondering if anyone has done Weight Watchers and knows roughly how points equate to calories?

For example, 20 points per day = how many calories? Haven't figured out yet the calories I've eaten...

Also, if you are allotted 20 points per day and exercise let's say 3-4 points worth, you could eat 23-24 points a day? Will that greatly impede weight loss?

Does anyone use the 35 flex ponts. If so, how?

Thanks!
