If you cannot see your reports, it is because you are likely behind an Internet firewall. If you are behind a firewall you can try to open up Port 2005. This should allow you to see your graphs. Unfortunately we cannot provide more details on how to open this Port, since there are thousands of firewalls on the market today.
Are you having trouble with just that report or all reports?
the weight report is not working for me in FF or IE. I click "Run Report" and nothing is shown on-screen. I can download the data as a CSV; so, I know the data is there. Is there a trick to this? Please advise.
