This is definitely one of the best documentaries I have seen in a long time. I think I have watched it on HBO about 4 times now and I learn something each time!

The four part documentary, Weight of the Nation, looks at obesity rates and how to combat them as a nation. I've only finished the first part, but I've already learned so much about how weight issues happen.
