I, myself, do not use protein/weight loss drinks, so no first hand information for you.
Hi--I'm Bill Dean from Victorville, CA. 73 year old night time security guard working (4) 12 hour graveyard shifts out on the high desert which plays havoc with my exercise schedule. In fact I no longer have one. I'm trying to put together a good protein/weight loss drink to supplement my juice diet and regular meals. Apart from combining Whey and Protein, is there anything else I might add? Thanx---------
