I did enjoy Losing It with Jillian Michaels. Be careful with the Biggest Loser though, the amounts or weight the contestants are losing in a week is unrealistic for most people in the real world.

Diner, Drive-in and Dive - whenever I watch this show it makes me not want junk food.
I like Paula Dean's son - he has a healthy eating show.

there is a BBC show - You Are What You Eat

I like that one. You can watch full episodes on YouTube

I know it's not for everyone but I like to DVR Dr. Oz. I take what is said with a grain of salt and fast forward parts of it, but I generally come away with some sort of information I can use.

I enjoyed the My 600 lb Life series that TLC did.

If you have cable or something, there are some fitness channels that show various exercise shows, healthy shows, etc.

I limit myself to a certain amount of tv time per day, but i thought i could be even more productive toward my goals by watching weight loss shows, I have already heard of the biggest loser and I'm going to search for it on my tv's listing. Does anybody know of other weight loss or fitness shows that currently play. I will watch re-runs too if their on my tv's listing.
