@GLADYS152626, just as a note, we can't really tell who you're responding to. SP's forums don't thread replies like they do on other sites, so unless you specifically state someone's name, we can't tell who you're responding to. ;) It's considered poor etiquette to copy and pasta identical replies, so if you want to thank folks, I would suggest just thanking them all at once: "Thanks for all the replies, guys!"

That way you get everyone, and we don't have to try and figure out who you're responding to.

Just start with small changes, and have those changes be ones you can sustain for the rest of your life. Also start tracking your food using the trackers here. Then after you do that for a few weeks look back and decide how you can change what you're eating to be healthier. Maybe switch to whole wheat instead of white, or add in an extra vegetable per day or something like that. You can also try using the meal plans through the tracker here to get some ideas and see what a healthy meal is like, even if you don't end up using them.

The problem with "programs" is just that... they have an end date, which is why people struggle keeping the weight off once they've lost it using a program.

I've been on different weight loss programs and it did'nt work or along the way I fall off the wagon,but this time and year I really mean to loose it once and for all.I hope I can get some motivational help from tbose of you who have been in my shoes and are able to overcome your challenges.
