Yes, me and my husband started on July 17th and we started just with two miles. We have bumped it up and we are walking very swiftly. We did two miles for a couple of weeks, then three and now we are doing 4 miles about three to four times a week. I have lost 18 lbs and he has lost 10 lbs. I have really assessed my eating habits and I am eating cleaner and healthier.
