I had stretch marks before, and since losing weight, I think they are just more noticeable as areas of my body that weren't visible, like the underside of my belly, became visible.
I have lost 150 + lbs so, I have a lot of loose skin, which looks wrinkly, but some of it is thinker, like the side of my abdomen, which I think is still fat that needs to go. Hopefully the wrinkly loose skin just tightens up some, but aside from that, or surgery, I think of it as my 361 lb suit, that no longer fits the 205 lb me. Unfortunately I won't ever be an underwear model, but it is better than dying of obesity.

I donīt think if someone wants to lose 30kg or more that he will succeed in avoiding getting saggy skin and stretch marks. This is almost impossible. Great weight loss will result in saggy skin and Iīm afraid there is not much we can do.
If the stretch marks are really obvious and really bother you, there is a topical medication that fades them slightly. I can't remember the name, but it was actually developed to decrease surgical scars. Any dermatologist will know and be able to prescribe it. But it's *extremely* expensive, so you'll want to wait until your weight has been stable for a while. Maybe a visit to the dermatologist can be your reward to yourself when you have stayed at the same weight for a year.
It's too late to prevent stretch marks. Stretch marks are caused when you gain the weight, not when you lose it. For a few people, the ones they have become more visible with weight loss, but for 99% of us, we just notice them because we're looking at ourselves more.
Sagging skin tightens up with time. A lot of times, what people call "loose skin" is actually the last layer of excess fat, and it goes away as you get closer to a healthy weight. If you were 50 or more pounds overweight, then you might actually have some excess skin. Whether that tightens up depends more on genetics and age than anything else. The younger you are, the better chance that your skin will go back to normal, but it takes some luck as well. The best way to reduce your chances of stretched skin is to lose weight relatively slowly-- if you drop 100 pounds in 6 month, you're pretty much guaranteed to have some permanent effect, but if you lose 50 in a year, it's less likely.
Either way, it doesn't make sense to worry about it now. It takes roughly a year *after* you've finished losing weight to know whether your skin is going to go back to normal.
