Great job with the weight loss and the walking. I love walking too - especially when the weather is nice! Keep up the good work!

I have lost 38 pounds as of today ... 38 pounds since gastric sleeve surgery on August 8, 2012. I am not recommending surgery for everyone; it was necessary for me because I had polio as a child and could not exercise to lose weight. I am 62 and my metabolism has slowed to a crawl. I am very grateful for Spark People ... I track my weight, fitness and food on a daily basis. I especially love the chair cardio which helps me keep fit. I prefer to walk (I have increased from 1/2 block before surgery to over a mile today. It's a slow walk, but it is a mile!

Thank you Spark People for being there for me! emoticon emoticon
