CHIECHIE100, you are truly an inspiration to all of us. I am so impressed! When you hit goal simply keep on this same track.....eating healthy and moving more. My advice (for what it's worth) is to also keep tracking your food only for an eternity.
I am so happy when i joined this site. I saw no hope in site for me. I was 500 pounds so miserable and unhappy. but today i am 250 pounds so happy and amazed by what i have done i have only 60 pounds left to go for my goal. I could,t walk half a block when i started this journey. And i have had a learners licence for 21 years because the steering wheel and i calided together.At this point i am walking and riding bike 5 to 6 miles a day. And going for drivers this spring. I am going to right a book on eating disorders and what i went through and what i did to change my life. I am calling this book Inspirations of life. I have my life back and i am happy thanks to many people here on sparks and others so thank you and keep up the good work. On your journey and helping me continue cause if i can have success so can you all. Chin up keep on trucking.
