Hey all - I started 1/19/13 and switched from a different online tracker over to Sparkpeople in March. So glad I made the switch! I'm almost 60 and I know that we don't lose weight as fast as we did when we were younger but I've been stuck at the same weight for over a month. I track faithfully and well, do some form of physical activity every day and track my caloric expenditure with my Bodymedia Fit. I'm not discouraged, but geez... :-) I have a lot to lose yet - almost 100 pounds so it's not like I'm close to goal and have just a few pounds to go. What's the longest anyone was stuck at a certain weight and what did you do to get it moving again?
