two of my friends did WW and one has lost 75 lbs and another lost 100 and they have kept it off for 2 years. I tried WW but I wanted to know my calories/fat intake each day so I find this easier for me. They have great support and recipes on there and you can attend local meetings in your area for extra support. Good luck to you :-)

I lost 50 pounds using WW online and have maintained that loss for over 10 years. So yes - I call it a success. But - I don't know much about the current program, I lost on a different variation. I used to love the message boards there - very supportive.

Has anyone tried Weight Watchers online? If so, did you like it and have good results? I can't seem to count calories correctly, so I thought the point system may work.
