Hi, My name is Donna, and I have heard some good things about SparkPeople. I'm hoping that this will work for me better than the new Weight Watchers Points + program. In 5 weeks I had only lost 2.5 lbs. It's very frustrating spending that kind of money for a program that doesn't seem to be working (I guess that I should have figured that a program that doesn't factor in calories wouldn't be that great of a choice for me). The old Weight Watchers worked for me in the past, but they have geared everything for the new system....sooooo, I'm giving up on that one, and trying this.
If anyone out there can give me any great 'getting started' pointers, it would be greatly appreciated.
