For bodyweight exercises such as the Captain's Chair, I would generally use 0.

This allows you to differentiate the situation where you do add weight to bodyweight exercises
(eg. squats with dumbbells).

I started to add the Captain's Chair to My Fitness Tracker, but it asked for a "Weight". Do I just put My Weight? Or Zero?
