Today I officially broke up with 262. We've had an off again, on again relationship for three years. I would leave 262 and go higher, but I could never see anyone below. Today I reconnected with 260. It feels sooooo good ;-)~

I've been on here for about 3 weeks, and I've lost 4lb. That's about 1/4 of the way to my goal. I'm impressed with the fact that while it takes some effort and resolve that it really hasn't been that bad. Not always real easy, but it's ok. This is a good thing.

it's been 6 months and I just realized that I've made it half way to my goal weight (set for next April)... super stoked to be down almost 25 pounds. I've been working hard and have used all the sparkpeople tools that are available.... there's no easy fix or fad diet that can give you the long-lasting results you earn through healthy eating and regular strength training and cardio. emoticon

Being very overweight for 20+ years is a bad thing to do. Drinking Zija, if it works for you is not a bad thing to do. If it jump starts you to eventually feeling better so you CAN exercise and eventually choose the right foods, that's great! I've been hit and miss with it and seeing some results, but today I chose to eat oatmeal and a banana for breakfast instead of biscuits, gravy and bacon which I have done for years. Let what works for others, work for others and what works best for you, be what works for you! We're all different!

I have been unable to move much because of various chronic pain issues, many of which are caused by packing around 120 extra pounds. Zija has helped me feel better and I need that before I can even think about walking or any other exercise. I also have extreme edema in my left leg due to a DVT years ago and leaky veins. My legs are not swelling and my skin has cleared up. I'll take it!

You spelled it wrong and it's Zija -- another MLM product that pretends to be the "magic" cure. Are you a distributor?

Losing 11 pounds in a week without medical supervision is not healthy, safe or sustainable. Don't waste your money or get roped in by these schemes.

While I'm happy you're losing weight, protein shakes are not a long term solution. Please work on phasing them out of your diet and learning how to make healthy choices. Otherwise I fear your weight loss will not be permanent.

One week today, and lost 11.2 pounds!!
day 1- .........3 protein shakes.
day 2 - ........2 protein shakes and good breakfast
day 3 - 7 .....2 healthy meals, one snake and one protein shake.

Also a cup of zinja every night.

I can do this!!!
