Being very overweight for 20+ years is a bad thing to do. Drinking Zija, if it works for you is not a bad thing to do. If it jump starts you to eventually feeling better so you CAN exercise and eventually choose the right foods, that's great! I've been hit and miss with it and seeing some results, but today I chose to eat oatmeal and a banana for breakfast instead of biscuits, gravy and bacon which I have done for years. Let what works for others, work for others and what works best for you, be what works for you! We're all different!
I have been unable to move much because of various chronic pain issues, many of which are caused by packing around 120 extra pounds. Zija has helped me feel better and I need that before I can even think about walking or any other exercise. I also have extreme edema in my left leg due to a DVT years ago and leaky veins. My legs are not swelling and my skin has cleared up. I'll take it!
