It is very encouraging to see the weight start coming off. However, there will be a point where it doesn't come off that easily. Don't be discouraged just keep working through it and all of the extra weight will be gone before you know it!
I know what you mean - I've been trying to get started with calorie-counting for months... and then I finally did, and the weight is coming off like it's no big deal!
And it's so interesting to see the nutritional information at the end of the day!

It's crazy just by paying attention to what I eat, drinking water and not been snacking or binge eating I have been able to shed a few pounds without much effort. I know I need to do more fitness because I will hit the plateau but it's nice to finally just know what's going into my body.
