I've already set my goals twice only to have to re evaluate and reset them. Originally, I had to lose 68 pounds to get to the highest number on the healthy BMI. Once that goal was reached, I thought maybe a few more pounds would make me happy and I set my new goal for 8 more. Now that I've been there for a while, I think I would like to continue losing while still staying well within the mid-range of my BMI.

So, at this point, I have about 8 more pounds to lose (I think). lol

Though we cannot control the winds, we can adjust the sails.

I''m about half way to my goal and struggle at times to stay motivated. I will not give up till I reach my goal. I definitely have approached weight loss in a much more reasonable way this time. spark people has been such a great resource and support.

overall, I would like to lose about 45 pounds... I've made it about half way. I will say though, that I'm far more concerned with the way I feel and the way my clothes fit than with the number on the scale.

Remember... nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.

Each day when you wake tell yourself I know I can lose the weight and set a weight goal for each day. Life has its ups and downs but we can acieve what we want .The way that I lost weight is I stopped drinking regular pepsi, cut out completely. I started loseing weight right away.After awhile the craveing for a soda stops and you will feel proud of yourself and keep pushing onward to achieve your dream of weight loss. emoticon mmm emoticon emoticon mm

Hi! Loseing weight is a challenge but if we strive for a goal each day , we can achieve our goal! How much weight do you want to lose? I want to lose 10 more pounds. I have lost 25 pounds so far.Its very difficult but I wont give up! emoticon
