I also read your blog and commented on it. It touched me deeply and I am so sorry you were put in thaat position. I will keep you in my praayers as you deal with the aftermath of it. Many young women face a similar situation and it is well documented that many of us use our fat as a very real barrier to intimacy with others.
With love and caring from Nancy ... wishing all of you a wonderful, blessed, and precious day.

I did go read your blog and thank you for sharing your journey. You do deserve to have the healthiest life and be empowered. I was impressed when learning the principles of Tae Kwon Do and finding the ideal power was to emit the sort of energy that did not attract energy you did not want. This life is a learning process with insights along the way. I wish you continued insights and positive progress with all your goals.

I know there are many blogs out there to read but I wanted to invite everyone to read my short blog that I hope will be inspiring. It's about the real reason I struggle/d with weight loss. Perhaps there are some women, or men, that have found themselves in the same situation as me and could relate. I hope my words help.
Success is not a race, be patient. Success leads to success. Success is always a work in progress. Success doesn't come to you--you go to it. Success is a journey, not a destination. Focus on the process. Some people dream about success... while others wake up and work hard at it.Success is achieved and maintained by those who try-and keep trying.Everyday is a good day to SUCCEED! If at first you don't succeed-try, try again!
