Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything here and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. Use the team search bar and type in things like your interests/hobbies or the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey.

Just started drinking a fat-burning coffee that I learned about from a friend. I am going to see how it works by keeping track of my progress when drinking it. Should be interesting.
