I'm 60 years old, 3 months ago had weight loss surgery, and have so far lost 60 lbs. The surgery is just a tool for weight loss and I plan on making it work, as in the years past, I have been on every diet out there at least one time, and have lost HUNDREDS of pounds, only to gain it back. I currently weigh 273 and am 5'6".
