You probably aren't eating enough......always a protein with a carb....and yes drink your water. Also find the foods that fill you up and stick with them....oatmeal, greek yogurt are the ones for me....low cal, low everything yet kill the hunger

Drink more water. If you get hungry during midday, instead of snacking, drink more water. Water flushes you out, and fills you up. Good Luck, pulling for you!

Plateaus don't last forever. As long as you continue to focus on your weight loss and continue following your normal dietary routine, the plateau will pass. Look at plateaus as your bodies way of temporarily stopping to rest and evaluate itself....

I've been stuck for a month, but after a rapid weight loss at the beginning I know I have cheated on both exercise and food. My body seems to have found it's happy place.
