I have done the exact same thing you did. I too lost weight only to gain it back. Sometimes I think I don't need a support system to keep me going, but I would love to have one. It's nice to know that someone shares the same struggles as I do. I would be more than happy to help out and in turn encourages me to continue on this journey to success!

The problem with me is that I have lost weight in the past. And by that I mean a lot of weight. But I have gained it again due to my carelessness. I am back on track again, but the momentum is not as it was the last time. So I need a buddy with whom I can track my progress and celebrate the journey of getting fit.
