Hi !
What you need to do is increase your lean protein intake to the weight you want to other words eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight - if you wish to gain 5 pounds then increase your protein to 110 grams a day and that combined with weight training will increase muscle mass ....aka gives you a figure without getting fluffy lol.

For me, since i'm trying to get rid of my fluffy, I eat my goal weight in protein and cut most of my fats (trying to restrict to only good fats) and moderate my carbs.

Good Luck :)

Hey, I am a 20 year old female and I weigh about 105 lbs. I'm tired of being skinny/having no figure and I want to know what a good meal plan for me to eat daily to help increase my weight, and a good fitness program for me as well because most of the weight I want to being gaining is muscle. If someone could help me it would be so greatly appreciated!
