Friday AM and it makes a difference for me, since we have kids it is easy to get a little off track on the weekends, but I can make that up Mon-Thur. I used to weigh in on Mon morning and was discouraged, because if I got off track even a little on the weekend the scale either didn't budge or it went in the wrong direction.

Now I am progressing nicely.

When I was recording once a week (which I don't do anymore) I did it on Wednesday mornings, basically so that I would have time to adjust to the previous weekend's ... lack of routine emoticon . Now I officially weigh about every 2 months, but I do sometimes step on more frequently than that.

Every morning. Although I know my weight varies from day to day. Daily weigh-ins help me to keep that number in my mind to solidify my resolve to make health choices throughout the day. It is a regular marker of accountability.

EVERY day is my weigh in day. I weigh every morning because it gives me a barometer of how I am doing each day.

I don't weigh myself much...........once every 2 months. I usually weigh myself 2 weeks after my menstrual cycle.

I think each person picks a day that makes sense to them ~ one that motivates them personally. I picked Monday morning because I thought it would help motivate me to keep on track through the weekend. I sometimes weigh Thursday AM, too. But Monday is the "official" day for me.

Just curious...what day do you weight yourself? Any particular reason why? I'm thinking Friday might be good for me....before a possible little cheat on the weekend...psychologically, do you think the day makes any difference? Thanks guys! emoticon
