my goals this week:
- food : don't crave at night
eat at least 5 serving of fruits and vegetables emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

fitness:
- 30 mins of cardio 3 days a week

Avoid pumpkin latte for one week! Oh and run three miles three times this week! I ran Sunday so I need to run tonight and Thursday!

To work out at least 4 times as week, eat one dessert per day and eat three well balanced meals which includes mostly vegetalbes to maintain and lose if and when needed! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Yes, larger goals should be broken down into smaller and more manageable chunks, or mini-goals. Great job!

I discovered that I have to stick to short term goals to achieve the bigger ones. My goal for this week is do cardio 30 minutes M-F.
