Hello all. How do you get workouts in over the weekend? I was extremly busy with a dance competetion this weekend and have not worked out since Thursday. I feel very sluggish. I also did not make very healthy choices of food this weekend due to being limited to eat at the competion.

Help me with ideas to work out on a limited schedule.
