Food is usually easier during the week, but I'm usually okay on the weekends. I try to do long workouts on the weekends - 60 minutes per day, at least, because 30-45 is usually what I can get myself to do during the week.

I'm retired so I work out all week and take the weekends as rest days. I eat well all week long.

Most of the time I try to get in one day of exercise over the weekend, just slacking a bit right now.
Some people go full force exercising on the weekends Some people hit the gym all work week long and just play on weekends Some people party on the weekends Some people watch what they eat all week long.
