My first week I lost 6.6lbs. I didn't think I could have another big loss on week 2 especially cause I made some not so healthy choices on Friday. Imagine my shock when I got on the scale this morning and realized that I am down another 4.5lbs. That's 11 lbs total!!! I am so proud of myself! I must be doing something right. I knew I could do this.. and now I am seeing it! Yay Me!
