emoticon to SparkPeople. From one ex-smoker to another - it is emoticon that you have already taken one huge step for your health. Don't beat yourself up...I too am having trouble staying on track...we are human...take it one day at a time...one minute at a time if you have to....this is a lifestyle change.

I love food so loosing weight is not easy for me. When I quit smoking and still could not breathe right, I knew it was time for a change. I am on day 4 now and have only had 1 good day. This is going to be hard but I WILL loose the weight. Wish me luck.
