Since joining SP I've already lost 71 pounds. But more important I've gained healthy habits to keep the weight off.

Don't beat yourself up...I too am having trouble staying on track...we are human...take it one day at a time...one minute at a time if you have to....this is a lifestyle change.

I love food so loosing weight is not easy for me. When I quit smoking and still could not breathe right, I knew it was time for a change. I am on day 4 now and have only had 1 good day. This is going to be hard but I WILL loose the weight. Wish me luck.
