I am pleased with my first week of 2013 results. I have significantly cut back on sugar and salt. I have not had any diet caffeine free coke and that is huge since that is a big weakness for me. Water in take is also up. I have lost 1.5 lbs so I am on track with weight lose; although that is not my primary concern for January. Week 2 goal is more of the same with the sugar, salt and cokes. More water and some exercise. Here's to achievable goals!
