Congratulations to the happy couple ! Remember, take baby steps literally and figuratively. Slowly ease into a routine so that your healthy habits will become just that, a routine. Remember, no one ever became a healthy eater overnight. It's impossible. Change takes time, thus the need to be patient with yourself and your body.
Make some simple changes because one small change really can change your life.

I'm glad the wedding went well - it seems like it was a wonderful experience :-)
Whew...it's over and it was amazing. The bride and groom are off on a honeymoon in a few days and I still have tons & tons of packing up to do still. Work schedule picks up tomorrow and I'm beat! Went for a nice walk today and felt good. Have not gained anything but I do feel a bit out of shape. Need a push to get back on schedule again. Still more weight and inches to lose!
