"Maybe saturated fat isn't as bad as we thought it was. Maybe they're neutral. It's not a floodgate to eat all the saturated fat you want." Zelman

"Reconsider this approach if we have not considered it before as a viable alternative and I don't think we should push this on people. It should be made available to people and if they choose it there should be support for people to follow this type of diet and potentially benefit from it." Volek
