Small steps are what matters...make it a goal to add something every week to those small steps and before you know it you'll build yourself a habit! ;)
I put in my five minutes of stretching...and I can't go outside, but I did walk at a fast pace (for me) from one end of the house to the other for 10 minutes. I got my heart rate up...so that's a start. I am happy with small steps at this point.
