Everyone has a dominant side. :) A side that is stretchier, better balanced, etc. This is totally normal, unless you're talking a really, really bit difference.

For correcting imbalances, you need to do a full body workout, but only at the weight that your weaker side can handle. Eventually it will catch up.

I my name is Melissa I have history of child hood Cancer I am at a way low level of working out so I'm taking it easy as I can not left no more than 40lbs with out it being difficult for me i struggle if I lift any more. But my question is On my right leg or right side I am more off balance. Is any one else like this & can anyone suggest anything that can help
