I love the idea of pretending you have a fancy cocktail glass - makes that chicken broth taste so much better! LOL
It sounds like you have some interesting challenges coming up. Life is full of obstacles, and SparkPeople is great about giving us the tools to help us through (or around) them. It's okay to take an extra week in FastBreak. There is no time limit.

Hello folks. It has been a better than fabulous day in the Midwest, however, not such a great day or week to start Fast Break. May need an extra week to get on track with Fast Break, but we'll see. Spent day driving 6 hrs, sitting chatting 2 hrs, and hamburger lunch 2 hrs and just got home. Next wk medical tests require at least 2 days of minimal or NO eating only liquids. Oh well, I will live through this. I'll walk around carrying a fancy cocktail glass and pretend I'm at a party. Have a great evening folks. Nancy
