Try drinking AFTER you eat then... not before or during your meal.

You're right - I meant 8 cups (which is what I've been drinking). But still... I'm getting full WAY quickly, and really feel too full to eat "up to my target". It's weird!

the recommended amount is 8 CUPS.

depending on how large your glasses are, you may be taking in MUCH more....

Personally, I drink 10-14 or more cups every day with no issues. Don't even get up through the night.

So this is my first week with SparkPeople, and one of my initial goals is to drink my 8 glasses of water. Which I am.

BUT... I'm so full and waterlogged and bloated that I can't get in anywhere near my nutritional goals (according to the web site).

So... how big a problem is this?
