I track to my first 8 glasses then stop. It's a good reminder to drink water, but as long as you're drinking enough, I don't know that you need to track how much. I do want to know if there are days I don't get enough which is why I track to 8, even though I typically drink much more than that.
Many people don't use the water tracker at all and it doesn't affect their progress. As long as you're drinking enough, that's what matters. If you're trying to keep an accurate count of your water, add it. If you don't really care if your water tracker is accurate, don't. It's up to you.

I always seem to forget to add my water to the water tracker.. oops. I mean, you can add it the next day if you wanted to.

Every night I bring a bottle of water to bed with me. But I don't add what I have drank to my water tracker. Should I be adding the water that I drink at night to my tracker?
