I drink so much water in a day, most often more than the required volume. But I had never tried drinking first thing in the morning on waking up, I will try the streak from tomorrow morning, I will check how long I can do it and how it helps me.
In the past I have always had a hard time getting just my minimum 8 glasses of water every day. The way my body feels when I properly hydrate should be enough to keep me on track, but I end up at the end of the day short of my water goals. I have started getting out of bed in the morning and first thing grabbing my water bottle (it holds 3 glasses worth) and drink it while I check in with Sparkpeople, Facebook, and Email. This starts me off the right way and it seems to make it easier to get my required water.
