Due to nasty shin splints, I've been told by a few people that I should take up deep water jogging, and should also start doing water aerobics to lose weight and trim myself up (I'm about 50 lbs. overweight at this time).
I've heard that water jogging and aerobics are one of the best things you can do to help you get into shape, and I did a water aerobics class quite a few years back, but felt rather intimidated by a bunch of gray hair older women with their bouffant swim caps.
So now, I'll ask you guys. Do any of you in this lounge do these things? Inquiring minds want to know.
