I noticed that I didn't get very much of a response on this topic. So, I'm including a few links for you all to check out. Maybe if you see the stuff (pay attention to the second'll surprise you...MEN actually doing the exercises...also read some of the articles), you might get a better idea on how water might be more beneficial in helping with weight loss and toning up.
