because i was feeling like i wanted to binge. I felt hungry (probably cause i didn't get to have breakfast this morning) and just wanted to find something to pig out on. As i got to the community forums to post to the panic room i felt something. LOL I realized that i didn't feel hungry....i actually feel full. I had just had my snack and was sitting watching a show and just wanted to keep eating. In just 4 hours i have gotten in 64 oz of water. With that and actually listening to my body i have won againts binging. Starting today i am going to keep count haha...Me 1 Binging 0..

Little wins breed Victory.
