Hi,

Just below the info (in black at the top of the page) where it reads What's Included...click on the word training and it will bring you to another page which links to upper body, core, leg videos, etc.

Hi ELIZABETH5268,

If you go to the Warrior Dash website and click on the training tab, there are recommended exercises you can start doing to prepare you for your event.
