have you thought about doing one of the Pilates or yoga videos available on Spark? Great stretching with either workout!

Some jumping jacks, or walking in place would do the trick. The important thing is to warm up those muscles. :)

try dynamic stretching.

You'd still want to warm up with 5-10 minutes of walking, biking or some other easy cardio exercise before stretching on your non-workout days.

Great info for stretching when you workout, but my question was more what to do on days you will not be working out that day and just want to do simple morning stretches? What other ways besides jogging or walking could get my muscles warm to do daily stretches aside from a time i am working out or walking?

I am starting a new routine of stretching in the morning.....I know you are not supposed to stretch when your muscles are cold, but what about when you are just doing some daily stretches, not going out for a walk or run? Do I need to jog or walk in place for 3-5 mins in my room every morning to warm up my muscles before stretching?!
